Standard force value technology and devices(force standard machine) is an important foundation and key means in the field of force testing, the sensor force value measurement and force detecting. At present,most of the research on Lever amplification Force Standard Machine in our country, remain in the original technology and principle level. There is no real meaning of the structure and principle innovation,on the control technology and method,most of machines can not complte the task automatic detection. Therefore, this article uses electric technology to load weight independently, prevent weight swing device, zero-point leveling device on mechanical structure. On control technology,this article design automatic control system based on virtual instrument technology of the lever amplification force standard machine.This paper design the control system combined with deadweight force standard machines, lever amplification force standard machine two kinds of mechanical structures, achieve two purposes in function. Electric technology to load weight independently on mechanical structure,From the traditional sequential loading structure to any way change the order of loading and unloading. system use a motor driven cam mechanism move to right hanging rods, solve the sensor reading stable time for too long problem. article using the ANSYS software analyzed the mechanics performance of main component in order to meet the mechanical strength of the material and design requirements.Based on lever amplification force standard machine verification procedures and equipment control requirements, select the hardware and complete the electrical circuit structures, software design and communication between the various parts,design the communication general motion control card in Lab VIEW software.In the software design process, Human-computer interface design and use the idea of modular design to design function module, not only achived control requirements,but also meet the need of subsequent development conveniencely.After the final completion of the mechanical structure and control system design, article evaluate the whole machine performance,and analyze the sensitive limit used the displacement compensation method; elaborate error sources, calculate and the synthesis uncertainty of machine, through dead load characteristics test and the creep test to verify the control system to meet the design requirements.
