In recent years, China’s economic develop rapidly, the automotive industry isever-changing, the ownership of car is increasing year by year, and thenenvironmental problems have cropped up with the development. The emission ofparticulate in diesel exhaust is one of the important sources of environmentalpollution in many major cities, particulate emissions is becoming increasinglyattracted attention at home and abroad, this paper focus on the analysis of dieselparticulate measurement system.In order to develop a partial flow dilution sampling system more reasonably andpractical, This paper first analyzes the principle of full-flow constant volume dilutionsampling system, according to different methods of their classification, to find itsscope and the advantages and disadvantages, clear the requirements of full-flowdilution sampling system design, to compare it with the partial flow dilution samplingsystem the design requirements. Analyzed the reason of using partial flow dilutionsampling system, compare different types of partial flow dilution sampling system tofind their advantages and disadvantages and scope of application, and compare thefull flow and partial flow dilution sampling system, find their respective advantagesand shortcomings and the scope of further summed up precautions in the design of thepartial flow dilution sampling system.This paper analyze the condensation, the adsorption, the volatile components ofthe particulate, and other factors which affect the particle measurement results, andthen analyze the measurement system, dilution ratio, dilution air temperature, exhausttemperature and other variable parameters in the measurement process; samplingtubes, filter paper, and other physical factors that can affect the measurement results,and improve the system particles measured on this basis, improve the Correlationbetween the full flow and partial flow dilution sampling system.In addition to the weight of the particles, people pay attention to composition and diameter of the particles in the exhaust gas. After weighing the filter paper which havecollected particle, we sometimes need to analyze for further. Particulate measurementsystem is also often connected the particle size analyzer. This paper introduce themethod to do filter further analysis of particles, isolated the SOF, and differentprinciples for measuring the particle size.Taken together, this paper designed two kinds of partial flow dilution samplingsystems, and designed the principle diagram of the system, the role of its various parts,the measurement of various system parameters, and analyzed the method to use themeasurements to calculate the concentration of emission particle.
