Loaders are a widely used for roads, ports, mining, construction engineeringmachinery. There are230,000loaders to be sold in a year. Skid steer loader as amember of loaders, with its small size, high efficiency, is gradually by more and moremanufacturers and users paid attention. In recent years, China’s large engineeringconstruction project is more and more. The passion of producing large engineeringmachinery is strong at home. But the research of sliding loader is very few. Whiledomestic traditional loader design, often is based on foreign existing loader type totransform. The research of skid steer loader is more lack. Facing the increasingmarket demand, the research and development of skid steer loader is imperative.This paper establishes the mathematical model of the relevant work device andanalyze the structure performance in theory based on analyzed the skid steer loadersystem. According to the actual needs of system design, the oil cylinder systemparameters and time data are calculated. In order to validate the actual workingsystem performance, according to the typical working conditions of the skid steerloader system, the related experimental tests are designed. And based on AMESimsimulation platform, the corresponding conditions’ simulations are made. Through theanalysis and comparison of the simulation data with the experimental curves pressureresponse characteristics, demonstrate the stability of the design work system. At thesame time, the accuracy of the simulation model is proved. It provides a certainreference basis for the other similar systems’ design and performance evaluation.1. The article for the skid steer loader hydraulic system is shown the work deviceselection of calculation. At the same time, the right AMESim simulation model can begat by establishing a mathematical model through analyzed the control principle ofthe multi-way valve in the skid steer loader work device.2. The pressure curve of relevant parameters influences the working system can begat by carrying out the experiment test according to the design scheme and thesimulation of the typical working conditions of the skid steer loader.3. This article core part is, by testing and the computer simulation’s combination to analyze the correlation characteristic curve after the operation the hydraulic system,analyze the main factors of influencing system characteristics, and verify the results ofthe analysis of the feasibility through the AMESim simulation software.
