Research On The Noise Source And Denoising Measures Of Skid Steer Loader

Noise pollution is one of the four main Environmental issues, the others are Solid waste pollution, Water Pollution and Atmospheric pollution. Because of powerful Functionality and significant flexibility, Skid Steer Loader is widely used in construction projects. Due to the technology is immature in the country, mechanical noise of Skid Steer Loader is so big, the result is pact on product sales and operator comfort. It can bring Far-reaching significance from do something research on denoising. This paper cooperation with school and research on noise source through simulation and experimental about CLG365A Skid Steer Loader, meanwhile, it propose some measures of reduction noise.This paper take Mechanical noise test on the Experimental prototype, analysis the main Noise source of Skid Steer Loader, and work out the ratio of each main Noise source about Mechanical noise through Noise superposition theorem. Through optimization of the hydraulic pipeline, It can reduce pressure pulsation, flow pulsation and noise. It find the noise from floor and Control handle seat is the main Noise source of Machine noise from theory analyze. Then through analogy Cab, it point out some measures of reduction noise. Meanwhile, it test and verify the effectiveness of each measure has point through text. This paper take theory analyze and experiment on Mechanical noise about CLG365A, So it can provide theoretical statistics for design and optimize Skid Steer Loader.
