With the rapid development of intelligent control technology, automatic weather stations get popularized quickly in meteorological field, but the unique power supply requirements of which restrict their development. In order to solve the power supply difficulties in the Field observations and emergencies meteorological observations of the traditional automatic weather station, improve the reliability, applicability and configuration flexibility of the automatic weather stations power supply system, researches wind, photovoltaic and battery energy hybrid generation system which can satisfy the automatic weather stations power demand, Has important practical significance.According to the power demand and characteristics of the automatic weather stations, this paper use the time and space supplementary of wind and solar energy, proposes a power Manner which is hybrid wind and photovoltaic generation of the automatic weather stations. Analysis the work principle and the operation characteristics of wind and photovoltaic hybrid generation, designs the entire power system, of the automatic weather stations.In order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization, this paper researches wind power and solar power control strategy, considering the actual situation of the system, and a new kind control strategy of constant voltage control method and hysteretic loop comparison method for the PV power control is put forward, selects the new iron phosphate vanadium lithium ion battery as the energy storage device, and equips the solar tracking system for the PV panel.In the hardware design of the automatic weather stations wind-light supplementary power supply system, the modularization design method is adopted, the method of circuit-realization for all functions is studied, and a wind-light supplementary controller which serves the single-chip microcomputer ATMega16L and BQ24610chip as control core, including wind power sub-circuit, PV power sub-circuit, battery charging and discharging main circuit, voltage and current sampling circuit, PWM controller circuit and a series of peripheral auxiliary circuit is proposed.In software design, In order to Control of the entire system, this paper researches reasonable and accurate energy management strategy, uses modular programming method, writes the main program, PV power and wind power controller program, battery charging and discharging program and a series of programs. Experiment debug and actual operation test for the whole controller system show that the system can completely meet the power demand of the automatic weather station, reached the expected designs of the system, verified the feasibility of the controller system and the hardware-software designs.
