Connecting structure is widely used in modern architectural design due to facilitating people’s life. The current research is mainly on connector position and damping, but the research on connector type of connecting structure is insufficient. The type selection of different bearings and analysis of their stiffnesses still need more attention.In this paper, by quoting the existing connecting structure, the problem of connector selection of the connecting structure was proposed; through the analysis of the existing connection structure, the diversity of connector type can be established by adopting the overall analysis or by introducing a bridge structure in the connecting structure, so as to gain multiple connector type and to achieve the purpose of type diversity and attractive appearance.The article describes the analysis model of connecting structure. Select the six connecting structure to analyze the dynamic characteristics by induction and summary of the engineering examples, obtain that connect type of the connecting structure is reflected in high order modes. Then by dynamic time-history analysis of connecting structure under earthquake action, obtain the affect, under the different structural types of connector on the overall structure, that is if connection stiffness and tower stiffness similar, connector has large influence on the period, acceleration, displacement of the entire structure; when connector and tower stiffness difference between the larger, connector has small influence on the entire structure. The one structure model adopted push-over analysis in order to get the weak parts of the structure under strong earthquake. By different connector materials and the number of connector analysis, draw conclusion that the influence of connector material of the structure is small; the influence of the number of connector is large. After performing the above analysis of each structure are summarized, and given the advantages and disadvantages of each structure and scope of application of each structure.The bearing of connecting structure was in detaile introduced and classified. By analyze and summarization, the advantages and disadvantages of bearings in the connecting structure, the technical indicators and the scope of its application were carried out.. Parametric analysis of lead rubber bearing and friction pendulum bearing was conducted toobtain the main parameter ranges of the two bearings.
