In recent years, along with the vigorous development of market economy,the car and its parts manufacturing industries are rising rapidly. Because of thetemptation of China’s huge market profits, the multinational car sales companiesand auto parts companies have also come to China to invest their factories. Atpresent, the automotive industry has become one of the important pillarindustries in China, and the rapid growth is still continuing. In this competitiveera, high efficiency has become the pursuit of every company’s goal. In order toenable the assembly of the car company more timely, more smoothly, the supplyof parts manufacturers has become an important part of the car’s assemblage.Generally, the existing supply mode is sending the boxes which are full of partsto the assembling workshop, and then unpacking in classification for assembly;or put the parts in a recycling work position apparatus, and directly deliveringthem to the assembly production line, then pull back the empty work positionapparatus.The main function of the work position apparatus is to reduce and preventthe work piece from bumping and scratching, facilitate the storage andtransportation, convenience handling and management, etc. This paper is mainlyto design a new work position apparatus for rear backrest. Based on the existingwork position apparatus, the author tries to it, goes to its dregs, takes its essence,in order to put the products and its subsidiary parts together. That means tochange the work position apparatus structurally to achieve its versatility. In thisway, we can not only reduce the loss of the subsidiary parts, but also improve theefficiency of the assembly.This subject is about the design and research for work position apparatus ofthe luxury vehicle seats based on transport packaging, so the first we design anew structural special work position apparatus, which not only can protect theseats’ security, but also can achieve the universal between the1/3backrest and 2/3backrest and meet the using for stacking and turnround in the workshop.Second, consider the shock or vibrate in the transport or the loading of theforklift, we check the mechanical property of the work position apparatus,including the static mechanics property and the plastoelastic deformation intransportation, and by using the Ansys Workbench ensure the maximumdeformation of the workstation won’t affect the safety of the rear backrest. Thenshow that it can meet the operating requirement. Last, combining the dynamicanalysis for the work position apparatus, I hope it can offer the basis about theanalysis for the vibrate fault diagnosis and optimal design.This thesis combines the practical experience with the existing workposition apparatus, to finish the design of the new workstation which canimprove the performance, and also solve the plastic deformation which mayaffect the seats’ secure during the transportation, at the same time we proposedthe design of the workstation should be generic and standardized.
