The Research Of Fine Work Breakdown Standard Of Shipbuilding Based On PWBS

The work breakdown of shipbuilding production is the key consideration in production plan,planning improperly will lead to the phenomenon of implementation of production plan and waste of resources and so on,thereby affecting the efficiency of shipbuilding production.In recent years,the domestic shipyard in the active implementation of modern shipbuilding mode,to learn from Japan and South Korea and other advanced shipbuilding countries,and make positive transition to lean shipbuilding mode.In order to make the lean shipbuilding mode come true and achieve the project of efficiently management in shipbuilding engineering,that to carry out the fine work breakdown.In the process of work breakdown to carry ou the mode of PWBS(Product-oriented work breakdown structure),and allocate the information for content,so as to get more effective control of the schedule,production resources and working hours,and then to achieve the production requirements of Lean Shipbuilding.This paper takes the actual shipyard as the concrete research object,on the basis of analyzing the fine work breakdown and the breakdown model of PWBS,and make analysis on the content of the main stream of shipbuilding production,the paper also analyzes and expounds the information allocation based on the work package,the main research contents are as follows:(1)On the analysis of necessity in the fine work breakdown of shipbuilding production,summed up the fine work breakdown principle and the specific content;the work package is the core of work breakdown,through the analysis of information composition,the significance and the function,be able to discuss the necessity of the fine work breakdown from the side.(2)Based on the breakdown way mode to study the specific shipyard fine work breakdown process,to establish the work breakdown structure of product,schedule,and various work types in the PWBS breakdown model;Based on the breakdown structure of each type to make introduction and analysis on the work breakdown of the main stream of shipbuilding production in different stages in detail.Therefore provides a basis for the standard research of fine work breakdown.(3)Make research on the allocation way of work package,and take work package as a unit to analyze the information allocation from three aspects of working hours,production design drawings and production resources.(4)Based on the specific content and the allocation of the fine work package to make research on the standard of fine work breakdown and obtain the main content of fine work breakdown standard,to express it according to the output of the work package;Analyze the production management process that based on the fine work breakdown.
