The statistical data shows that the condensing waste heat of the thermal power plant is40%-60%of the total energy supply. Aimed at this sitiation, this article put forward the new method of using complex single-effect absorption heat pump technology recover thermoelectric condensation waste heat.According to a lot of summaries and analysises which is aimed at the latest research results of the absorption heat pump at home and abroad, this paper creativly divides the absorption heat pump into high and low temperature heating cycle in the point of view that the cycle solution pressure change, and gets the change law and application scope of different type absorption heat pump. According to the basic theory, this paper also establishes the absorption heat pump thermodynamic calculation model and lets the model experance the process of quantification according to the thermoelectric systems coordinate conditions, then gets the boundary condition of single-effect and double-effect absorption heat pump that is applied in different engineering and also gets the COP change law of the units through the calculation and theoretical analysis.Through the calculation and comparation, the conclusion shows that the reasonable hot water outlet temperature of single-effect absorption heat pump units should not be higher than90℃,and considering the engineering application conditions, the reasonable return water temperature of hot water should not be higher than60℃; both the COP of the two kinds of heat pump units droped along with the hot water supply and return water temperature increased,and the supply water temperature influence the COP more significant; the water temperature of exhaust heat influences the COP of absorption heat pump units relatively weak when the water temperature of exhaust heat changed in the reasonable temperature range.Based on the example analysis, this paper proposes the cooperation degree and the finish index that is appied in cogeneration in order to test different heat pump;and also proposed the new ideas of designing the composite heat pump units which is based on the method of thermoelectric engineering practicle individuation and customization. According to the examples conditions, this paper gets the conclusion that the complex single-effect absorption heat pump system is the technology choice with good cooperation degree and highest finish degree that is used in the cogeneration reconstruction project.Through the thermodynamic calculation and deduction of the Cano theorem, it proves that the comprehensive energy efficiency of the cogeneration system which is based on complex single-effect absorption heat pump device is higher than the one that is formed by single-effect absorption heat pump.Finally, through the method of letting the complex single-effect absorption heat pump technology apply to the energy saving reconstruction project of a certain thermal power plant,the energy saving efficiency of new cogeneration system is given under the condition of the heating load that is changed with time in heating season,and then makes the economic benefits and environmental benefits evaluation of the engineering application of single-effect absorption heat pump by using the technology datas of investment recovery period and energy utilization rate. The result shows that the heating areas can expand924thousand m2, the primary energy can be saved20.6thousand tce in a single heating season, and the primary energy utilization rate of the thermoelectric plant will increase to73%, under the condition of not changing the cogeneration cycle working conditions and only letting the complex single-effect absorption heat pump units replace the first heat exchange equipments.At last, it points out the problems and the hidden troubles of heat pump technology that is used in cogeneration condensing heat recovery which may exist in the remaining heat flow distribution and operation management regulation.The research system, conclusions and questions of this paper have certain reference value to the industrial waste heat recovery.
