At present, the energy crisis from all over the world is getting severely, the propotion of building energy conservation in the energy conservation is increasingly important. In the process of taking action of building energy conservation around the world, various kinds of external wall insulation materials have been researched and developed and used in many buildings. But there are a lot of problems in these insulation materials as a result that building energy conservation can’t get its goal or getting its goal by making more harm than good. Therefore a new-type and Efficient and practical insulation material which concludes the advantages of existing insulation materials and inconcludes the disadvantages of existing insulation materials is urgently needed.Glazed hollow bead compound plate is a new type of insulation material which is green、environmentally friendly、with low thermal conductivity coefficient、fireproof、heatproof、soundproof、with high strength and easy structure and construction. It is composed of several inorganic matierials including glazed hollow bead、cement、industrial wastes and Etc. In this paper, the study on glazed hollow bead compound plate is as follows 1. A series of experiment have been taken during the past three years, and some theoretical basis and experience of glazed hollow bead compound plate is recorded. The structure and matierials and basic performance of glazed hollow bead compound plate are established. The thermal conductivity of glazed hollow bead compound plate is successfully lower than the thermal conductivity of organic insulation materials.2. The thermal situation in glazed hollow bead compound plate is simulated by ANSYS. The Parameter about Heat flow and Temperature difference in glazed hollow bead compound plate is calculated by simplifying the calculating model of glazed hollow bead compound plate into the calculating model of three-layer plate. And then, the equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of glazed hollow bead compound plate is calculated.3. The stable and transient temperature field and thermal stress distribution of the wall with glazed hollow bead compound plate is calculated by ANSYS, comparing with the wall without insulation material, concluding that glazed hollow bead compound plate is benefit to wall.4. The basic structure and Construction technology of wall insulation system of glazed hollow beads compound plate is introduced. The thermal Analysis on wall insulation system of glazed hollow beads compound plate used in different system of walls is calculated to decide the thickness of glazed hollow beads compound plate in order to satisfy the requirements of building energy conservation. The study demonstrates that the thermal conductivity coefficient is lower than0.04W/m·K which could be more lower when more effective structure is taken. Because of the components of glazed hollow beads compound plate are all inorganic, Fire Performance of glazed hollow beads compound plate rates A and it is innocuous and harmless, which overcome the disadvantages of organic insulation materials and inorganic insulation maerials. The research and development of glazed hollow beads compound plate helps promoting new-type inorganic insulation materials in Shanxi province and all over the China, and the energy-saving emission reduction targets can be achieved more effectively.
