Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar is a new building inorganic insulation products, has a low thermal conductivity, fire rating, easy to operate and other significant advantages of the construction.Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar used in overall insulation , we call it the integrated thermal insulation building is made of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar (the green architecture of city cave-house), it has been brought forward to respond the new condition which is we should develop energy conservation in building, green building materials and wall reformation in apartment building.The integrated thermal insulation building is made of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar which is as heat preservation and heat insulation layer. The thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar is daubed on the room (containing walls, ceiling, and floor etc.), and the corresponding design of construction, structure, foundation treatment, hvac and fire protection is completed in the same time. The building is formed into energy saving, heat preservation and heat insulation architecture by completing all kinds of construction technology and project enitity. It is also named green architecture of city cave-house. In this paper, expatiation and study on the integrated thermal insulation buildings made of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar are as follows:(1) The performance of heat preservation material——thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar used in this structure are introduced. The conformation and construction technics of the integrated thermal insulation system are researched.(2) Using the method of orthogonal experiment, the law of thermal conductivity and compressive strength transformed with the componential variety of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar were studied. Meanwhile, the first and secondary factors influenced the compressive strength and thermal conductivity was pointed out.(3) The physics dynam model accorded with the actual instance is constructed by the finite element soft ANSYS. The paper analysis the seismic performance of the model of building used the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar and the model of traditional insulation building, then comparing the vibration frequency, the first sixth mode diagrams and the sub-grade reaction, layer displacement and layer displacement angle of X, Y earthquake response spectrum.(4) The paper describes the specific engineering practices and construction process of the integrated thermal insulation building is made of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar.
