| For the separate steel box girder includes the advantage of orthotropic deck flat steel box girder, besides the separate steel box girder has small dead weight and dominant wind-resistant stability. So it is widely applied in long-span suspension bridges and cable-stayed bridges.But separate steel box girder is not fully grasped, it has a series of issues about design, manufacture, and installation. People are not reached unity and maturity about its understanding.In this thesis, the steel box girder of Jiashao Bridge is taken for a numerical example. And the local structure of steel box girder is systematically studied on the basis of researcher’s achievements and design specifications home and abroad. The main contents of this thesis are described as follow:1. The history of its development, the present situation of the art in bridge engineering and the technical problems of orthotropic deck flat steel box girder are recounted.2. The analysis theory and calculation methods of orthotropic deck flat steel box girder are introduced. In this thesis, local structure of flat steel box girder is calculated and analyzed by finite element method.3. The process of hoisting new beam segment is simulated by establishing the model of Jiashao Bridge. The force of diaphragm in hanging point is analyzed, and the influence of cable force, stiffeners of top and bottom plate and diaphragm on the force of diaphragm is also analyzed.4. The influence of the distance of diaphragm and the rigidity of diaphragm on the transverse deflection of steel box girder is analyzed by changing the distance and the rigidity of diaphragm, which include the original design of Jiashao Bridge. Furthermore, the camber setting in transverse direction of steel box beam is also compared.5. The influence of the cantilever length of beam on the deflection of the cable tower, height deviation of beam and the cable force in four different asymmetric hoisting conditions are compared. The unfavorable influence of asymmetric hoisting on the process of construction monitoring is analyzed. |
