This thesis presents results of construction procedures analysis and the detailed stress of steel box girder based on the design scheme of Jiangshun Bridge, a transverse diaphragms and ribs steel box and concrete box hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge. Firstly, structural features and categories of flat steel box girder and the engineering background of Jiangshun Bridge are summarized. By using finite element analysis software MIDAS/CIVIL2011, a spatial finite element model based on beam elements is established. Based on this model,28constuction stages were analysised and for each stage, the displacement, internal force and stress of the bridge tower, steel girder and stayed cable are calculated. Furthermore, time-dependent effects on construction procedures and after construction such as shrinkage, creep and strength hardening are also studied. Meanwhile, a spatial finite integrate element model (847252elements) of the whole bridge is built up through finite element software ALGOR. with detailed simulation of30m cross diaphram-ribs steel box grider using plate element(762700elements). A calculation of the longitudinal and transverse normal stress of upper deck, longitudinal normal stress of the U ribs, transverse normal stress of diaphragms, transverse and vertical normal stress of cross ribs, vertical shear stress and principal stress of the cross ribs, vertical normal stress of inner longitudinal webs as well as the displacement under the action of the class Ⅰ highway vehicle load and overweight vehicle load is displayed respectively in this thesis. Analysis of the longitudinal and transverse normal stress range of upper deck, longitudinal normal stress range of the superface and subface of the U ribs, transverse normal stress range of the web plates of the U ribs under the action of the Standard fatigue vehicle load are also displayed in this thesis. Coresponding checks are carried out based on above-mentioned analysis. Considering the result, optimal proposal is presented. Therefore, the construction procedures of the transverse diaphragms and ribs steel box and concrete box hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge and the detailed stress of steel box girde are comprehensively understood, and analysing method of complex bridge is mastered.
