Along with the main locomotive locomotive power increasing in the modern time, the locomotive weight increases progressively.But due to the limiting of the roadbed, bridges and rail conditions,t he locomotive axle load is limited. Considering the railway line curve radian and the body structure, the body mounted on the axle number is restricted.At present our country’s railway vehicle axle load cannot be more than23tons in the principle,and the number of shafts is divided into6and4axes.Our country conducted6large-scale railway, and the nationwide railway locomotive running status has improved in the quality during the13years from1997China nationwide railway speed increasing to2010China’s first high-speed railway opening officially.Railway train speed is established in many times our railway infrastructure construction level of steady improvement, railway locomotive design, manufacturing level rising considerably, railway operation, management and other fruitful work.The railway industry progresses as a whole, and is based on the rapid development of the overall national technology.With railway train speeding,the trins of poor condition or slow speed or inadequate facilities are replaced or upgraded.The railway locomotive are put forward higher requirements in the manufacturing capacity.High speed train body structure and lightweight design of high speed locomotive design are important aspects of this as research content.The CRH3model is the research object in this paper. In the first part,Ⅰ introduce the locomotive body structure characteristic, and build the three-dimensional entity model on this foundation.Ⅰ build the entire locomotive body finite element analysis model by using HyPerMesh software, and analysis the locomotive car-body structure and get the relevant analysis results in the different operating conditions and different load conditions by referring to the EN12663standard.By the locomotive vibration mode, I can get the first order vibration frequency and vibration mode. And I can judge that the body structure is reasonable or not according to the results of the analysis judgment.In the basis of test results, I compare analysis of the static strength of the simulation data of locomotive.Finally, by using finite element analysis software,Ⅰ do the size optimization and local optimization design to the high-speed vehicle. And the optimized result can meet the conditions of using.The research content of this paper is the key part of the basis of locomotive design.In this paper, research method, research ideas and research results can provide high speed locomotive design reference.
