As the basic organization unit of passenger transport, passenger station organizes and controls station daily production activities by making station working plan. Station working plan is directly related to the effective of carrying out the passenger organization work and the utilization of equipment. It is more important to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of station working plan. The arrangement of the receiving and dispatching tracks is one important part of the working plan in passenger station. It should ensure uninterrupted process of receiving and dispatching trains. While making arrangement plan of the receiving and dispatching tracks, we should taken balanced use of equipment based on consideration and should also be fully meet the various requirements of the passenger travel.This paper mainly studies the contents:1. The paper analyzes the high-speed passenger track using elements, the number of passenger station lines, and then analyzes the relationship in receiving and dispatching tracks,throat turnout train diagram and specialization of depots and tracks. It is introduces the time parameter of tracks,all kinds of technical processes,buffer time of train operation diagram and the tracks occupied time and occupy the interval.Last it is analyzed elements of passenger services.2. In the comprehensive analysis of the departure line distribution by the influence of the ability of the balanced use of departure, line to order the utilization ratio of the throat of influence and reduce train departure line in the residence time of departure line through the ability to the effect of the problem, and on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the passenger throat area into road to departure line are the influence of the distribution, the distribution of departure line basic constraint condition and train station constraint is established, on the basis of the balanced use of equipment based on departure line by optimizing model, in to all sorts of advantages and disadvantages of the existing algorithm analysis after, is model established adaptive cloning algorithm.3. On the analysis of the passenger service quality to the influence of the distribution departure line established, on the basis of ZouXing passengers to shorten the distance of the departure line optimization model, considering various constraints, and as a model established adaptive cloning algorithm.4. The station in guangzhou for example, the use of equipment and convenience for passengers to balance the behavior target two mathematical model and the algorithm is verified.
