Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),with the advantages of high torque inertia ratio, high power factor, high efficiency, small size and reliable operation, has been more and more widely applied to the electric automobile, aviation equipment, CNC machine tools, household air-conditioning and other fields. In high performance permanent-magnet synchronous motor speed control system, the signal of rotor speed and position detection should be detected. The traditional method is to install the shaft speed sensor on the motor rotor, resulting in an increase in the complexity of the system and the sensitivity to the environment. In recent years, the newly-developed speedless Control Technology provides a good way to solve those problems by makeing use of the motor detection voltage, current and the motor mathematical model to determine the motor rotor position and speed.with the development of the digital signal processing, control theory and computer control technology, Many domestic and foreign universities and research institutes have invested a lot of efforts on the Speed sensorless control of AC motor system research. Under the background, this paper is to study the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed sensorless vector control system.First, this paper introduces the development course of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the research status of the speed sensorless in the frequency conversion timing system, the basic principle of vector control and the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and based on this, this paper focuses on stating based on rotor field-oriented vector control technology, under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink, the PMSM vector control system model is built, and voltage feedforward type current compensation PI controller is designed to replace traditional current controller, take the belt speed sensor of the vector control system for simulation analysis.Then, design adaptive law based on the Popov super stability theory, and design speed identification algorithm combined with model reference adaptive system basic theory which is based on model reference adaptive system.Inspect the system with load, micro no-load, add and subtract load, speed mutations and motor stator resistance parameters on the change of the recognition and the speed of the motor performance though The simulation analysis。 The results show that the algorithm’s identification of speed with better properties, fast response, good dynamic performance, But the perturbation which is caused by parameter of electric machine is obvious, the algorithm exists stabilization error. Finally, the control circuits are designed based on permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system and useing TMS320F2812as the main control unit, and design software for the speed sensor PMSM vector control system with current compensation, the results are satisfied, the system has been proved right, and the feasibility of the control strategy is also proved.summarise the research work and prepare for the experiment of the speed sensorless vector control system.
