The speed sensorless vector control system has strong applicability and economy benefit, the space of the system device is reduced, the cost is decreased and the reliability is improved. There are many scholars who take on research of this subject, and some achievements were obtained in simulation research, so that strong foundation for it's practicality is established. In this dissertation the research focuses on a sensorless vector control voltage source system based on high-quality TMS320F2812. Firstly, math model of three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and theory of Model Reference Adaptive Control System (MRAS) for estimation of speed and flux are discussed, an improved MRAS model was built under id=0 Control strategy control strategy condition. Theory and crucial problems of rotor field-oriented vector control are analyzed. Then, the system emulate modulations are constituted on the Matlab/simulink. The emulation was carried out under different working conditions. Finally, hard circuit of control system and system software which based on control system diagram are designed. The system adopted TMS320F2812 as control core, intelligent power modulation (IPM) to constitute the main power loop to form a loop-locked control system by detecting currents and voltage. The speed and rotor position estimated by the two forms of MRAS algorithm is participated in speed closed loop control, The rotor flux estimated by MRAS algorithm is used for field orienting to implement speed sensorless vector control. According to emulation results the dynamic and static performance are quit well in low speed and the results prove that the control system is effective. The research of the system does help to the development of the more advanced motor control system.
