Abstract/Summary:
Access to the actual commercial operation with the Shanghai Maglev Train using German technology in2004, the maglev train as a new means of transport caused great concern for domestic rail transport industry. Low-speed maglev train because of the characteristics of rail transport in the city have a certain competitive edge. In the vehicle suspension system, electromagnetic levitation is the most mature and practical suspension system. This article is based on the German TR series maglev train in the suspension system to make the work accordingly.This article based on the F-shaped track-U-shaped magnet model,the current supply system t used the H-type suspension chopper, controller of the suspension system solidified in a suspension chopper control box. In this model, the interface of the vehicle and the chopper box is divided into a DC power supply interface of the chopper, the chopper with the vehicle running control system and detection system communication interface, the suspension system feedback signal interfaces, namely the corresponding sensor input interface. This article focused on the control strategy of the box chopper.Chapter II of this paper is derived suspension magnet mathematical model considering the electro-magnet edge effects. The model is made in the magnetic circuit model based on the corresponding precision. Because the model is too complex, in order to facilitate the controller design, the model made the need for streamlining, and the establishment of two control system model, namely, near the equilibrium point linear model and feedback linearization model.On this basis, the two models of the traditional controller have be designed of the pole placement method and it have made the appropriate comparative simulation analysis Suspension chopper sliding mode variable structure controller is designed for switch control characteristics of the chopper. On the basis of design constant switching control, this paper have made an assay of the Vibration problem and then made the corresponding optimization,analysis and design approach rate control, made the appropriate trade-off analysis in the system Vibration problem with anti-perturbation. In the analysis and design of the control strategy is applied near the equilibrium point linear model and feedback linearization model, simulation results show that the feedback linearization model has better control effect.On the basis of the above theoretical analysis, based on the Ti2000series DSP digital processing chip this paper has designed of the suspension controller hardware circuit and write the software code of the corresponding control algorithm. Maglev experimental have made on the platform of Magnetic suspension and Magnetic Technology Research Institute in Southwest Jiaotong University and then have drew the appropriate conclusions.
