Suspension control is the key technology of maglev train. C urrent feedback loop is widely used in the feedback loop. However, in terms of stable region of parameters, overshoot and anti- interfere ability, the system could be improved. In this paper, a maglev control method using current- flux combined inner loop is proposed.First, the physical model of maglev vehicle was analyzed. By establishing and analyzing the control model with current- flux combined inner loop, it was shown that the impact brought to the system by the current could be weakened. Instead of using traditional inner single current feedback loop, both current and flux measurements were used in the feedback loop. Simulation results showed that the maglev train can suspend stable, at the same time, the dynamic performance of the system met the design requirements.Second, Soft switching chopper was researched. Traditional hard switching had large switching losses,low efficiency and serious heat evolution problems. The use of soft switching chopper can improve it. This paper analyzed the working principle of the two-quadrant zero-transformed soft-switching maglev chopper, especially the switching-on time. The experimental results indicated that the zero-voltage transform of main switch was realized, with the pulse spike and ripple wave at the switching-on time decreased, the resonance degree subdued and the efficiency improved.Finally, the maglev system was carried out, introductions about the hard system designing and the soft system designing were made. Moreover, in order to imple ment the designed controller in industry, the flux senor coil was inserted into the magnetic exciting coil. The results showed that the method improved the performance of suspension effectively.
