With rapid economic development of china, urbanization process moves forward, the urban population increasing, doubling of vehicle ownership, urban traffic problems obstruct the further development of the urban. One-way traffic as a economic, reasonable, effective traffic organization to urban traffic congestion, domestic and foreign researchers carried out a large number of studies. Since one-way traffic direction affect the implementation effect of the one-way traffic, therefore, reasonably determined by one-way traffic direction to optimize the implementation effect of one-way traffic. combination of domestic and foreign scholars for one-way traffic directed study, this paper proposes by the shortest time to study the regional road network determine one-way traffic direction. This paper, by analyzing the status quo of one-way traffic study at home and abroad, from one-way traffic characteristics, the directional design process of one-way traffic, directional model study, can be summed up to include the following:(1) One-way traffic characteristics described. By Analysis the complex of one-way traffic intersection, the intersection capacity to illustrate the advantages of one-way traffic with two-way traffic as compared.(2) Given the basic process to determine the direction of one-way traffic. Given to determine the orientation process to regulate the orientation of the actual operation(3) One-way traffic network OD matrix estimation. The trip OD matrix use capacity limit calculation method to apply Transcad software backstepping to get.(4) Establish directional model of the one-way traffic. By the shortest travel time of the study area road network as the goal establish directional, the section of stream value expression as constraints.(5) Directional model solution. The application of genetic algorithms to solve the directional model, getting reasonable solution results and the flow distribution of the traffic road network.
