An aerial work platform is a type of construction machinery that is used to transport operators or equipments to appointed height. As an aerial conveyance stability and response time is an important technical indicator which affects the safety of operators directly. In the process of design aerial working platform structural, hydraulic, electrical and other aspects have an impact on overall performance, in the hydraulic system design, the design of the accumulator impact jitter on the whole and the response speed. These papers, the main line to the hydraulic system design, the role of the accumulator in the aerial work platform were analyzed. The main content is as follows:(1) Summarize the aerial work platform, then design and calculate the platform mechanism, design the hydraulic system and electrical system, finally select the model of matching.(2) Analysis the effects of aerial work platform stability factors, and design hydraulic system completely to find a solution to the optimal scheme of system stability. Design, then select appropriate accumulator.(3) Summarize the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of the research methods and application, introduce AMESim software, establish the hydraulic system model, select a subset of model and set the parameters.(4) Simulate the hydraulic system of aerial platform through AMESim software. Analysis of the role accumulator played in the high-altitude vehicles, optimize the accumulator parameters, finally, and come out a result.This thesis studies the function and application on the accumulator of aerial working platform function, simulate and optimize the accumulator parameter selection of aerial working platform, provide reference for further design.
