The Vehicle-mounted aerial work platforms is a mobility aerial equipment refitted by the lifts station and the chassis used for disaster relief construction, installation? maintenance and other work in municipal and factories and construction or some other places. With the development of our country, the market demand of vehicle-mounted aerial work platforms has increased steadily, the height requirements for it also rising, but subject to its short history, and the technical level and other factors, the vehicle-mounted aerial work platforms work performance has not been much improvement in domestic.The vehicle-mounted aerial work platform can transport the operators and the equipment to the height requirements of the job quickly and accurately, one of the key technologies of its control system is work platform always remains level, with the constant increase in the height of the job, the operating platform maintain the level in real time, accurately and reliably, and ensure worker safety is important to evaluate the control system indicators. This paper chooses folding arm type aerial work platform vehicle for the study. By analyzing the characteristics of the vehicle mounted aerial work platform control and enforcement system, compare with the leveling way of the current job platform, make analysis and optimization of its leveling system. Establish the leveling system model by AMESim, verify the correctness of the simulation data of the mode, obtain real-time operating platform leveling influence factors by changing the parameters of the control, to provide design theory and method in accordance to improve the vehicle-mounted aerial work platform. This paper studies the following aspects:1.Studies and comparing the current leveling system used at home and abroad, for folding arm type leveling system to match the design and electro-hydraulic components selection;2. According to the basic theory of electro-hydraulic proportional control system, combined with the technical characteristics of folding arm type hydraulic lifting and leveling system, the establishment of lifting and leveling system model is determined by the results of analysis of the stability of the system;3. Change the system control parameters to obtain the main factors affecting the work platform to maintain the level of the control system to optimize and improve the dynamic characteristics of lifting and leveling system, improve system stability, to better ensure the safety of operating personnel.
