Precision attacking weapon plays a decisive role and irreplaceable status in modern war,it has become the mainstream of the development of modern weapons and equipment. As oneof precision strike munitions,trajectory correction projectile takes a significant advantage onimproving existing combat efficiency of weapon system for its characteristics of low priceand high precision. In the future,it will become the main development trend of weaponsystem.The aerodynamic characteristics of bullet were calculated by using two methods,themethod of engineering calculation and numerical simulation method. Through typicalexamples,the results obtained by the two methods were compared and analyzed with theexperiment results in literature. So the feasibility of this numerical simulation model wasverified.This paper established the research object of one dimension trajectory correctionprojectile which installed a resistance ring,studied its aerodynamic characteristics as thecore,began with the installation position of resistance ring,numerically simulated the flowfield through software of CFD,mainly analyzed the aerodynamic characteristics of trajectorycorrection projectile when the angle of attack is zero,and revealed the motion law.According to the characteristics of one dimensional trajectory correction projectile,thearticle established a trajectory model of trajectory correction projectile,compiled thetrajectory program on center of mass,analyzed and simulated the range correction capabilitywhen the resistances ring at different installation positions. Finally,this paper put forward thecalculation method on the deployment time of resistance ring,and verified the feasibility ofthe algorithms through experimental methods. All of these have been provided the design and theoretical basis to one dimension trajectory correction projectiles.
