The operational modes and battle spaces of Modern Warfare have changed greatly, in order to meet a series of war demands, ammunition are not only suppose to have a high precision, but also can reduce the additional damage to demilitarization facilities and people to a large extent. Trajectory correction projectile as one of the routine standard ammunition, it probes and corrects the practical flight trajectory parameters by installing correction equipment. It keeps high accuracy and low cost, has become one of new precision strike munitions between missiles and ordinary shells, the development of related technologies will become one of the key factors that determine the outcome of future wars.In this paper, taking the one-dimensional Trajectory Correction Munition which installed with resistance piece for the study, combined with the one-dimensional trajectory correction technology, on the basis of having analyzed and researched the working principle of resistance one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile, it highlighted and identified a new type of complex double-eight one-dimensional trajectory correction mechanism which can improve projectile resistance. Use the dynamic simulation software to verify and analysis the working reliability of the mechanism, use the fluid dynamics simulation software to analysis and evaluate its aerodynamic characteristics and correction capabilities. Specific research work is mainly reflected in:Firstly, in the light of the working principle and motion characteristics of the one-dimensional trajectory correction mechanism, propose a general structure design program of the correction mechanism. Taking a 155 mm spin-stabilized projectile caliber standard as research platform, use solid modeling software Solidworks for preliminary design and modeling of the correction mechanism, use the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to establish dynamic model of mechanism and verify the working process under certain state, the dynamic performance and working reliability of the mechanism to withstand a certain load at high speed have been verified.Secondly, according to the aerodynamics and exterior ballistics theory, set up a one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile aerodynamic model for calculating, use simulation software FLUENT to simulate flow field around the projectile before and after installing the correction mechanism, aerodynamic parameters under different conditions projectile were obtained, focusing on the la ws between correcting mechanism expand area, expand time, slot size, slot position to the aerodynamic characteristic.Finally, combined with the one-dimensional trajectory correction technique and related external ballistics theory once again, the one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile particle motion model under standard weather conditions was established. Take the classic four-order fixed step grid Chan long- Kutta method to prepare ballistic program, analysis the impact of the correction mecha nism on correcting capability in different structure parameter, different expansion area, different expand time and other factors.Through the above research shows that the correction mechanism expands rapidly, operating stably and reliably, it has a strong one-dimensional trajectory correction capability and can provide data reference for further structural design of one-dimensional trajectory correction.
