Aiming at the problems on submunition testing laboratory of adverse explosion testenvironment and common test systems, the common test systems were difficult to install andwiring and cannot access to data timely, based on comprehensive research status at home andabroad, studied radio transmission frequency and antenna theory for telemetry in harshenvironments, proposed the storage telemetry method of submunition parameters in theejection and scattering process. The method was first to store data in explosion time, to avoidthe harsh environment of the impact of radio, returned the data wirelessly in the bullets flight.Proposed the methods of multi-range and multi-objective measure.The storage telemetry system designing was focused on, narrated the storage telemetry systemof hardware designing, software designing and experimental validation detailed. In thehardware designing section, described from the two aspects of the missile test circuit andground-station circuits respectively. Test unit on the bullet was divided into two aspects. Onewas the acquisition and storage, and another was wireless transmission. Acquisition andstorage apart was instructed in detail from the sensor and adapter circuits、A/D converter、CPLD control unit; wireless transmission unit was carried out respectively from the RF、MCUcontrol unit and antenna on bullets. Ground station circuits were composited by the host andnode. And then takes into account the protective measures of the system devices and onboardantenna design. In the software design section, were described from the unit managed module,the experimental module and experimental information query module, and described itsfunctions in detail. The system performance was verified from two aspects, were staticexperiment and dynamic experiment, static experiments was calibrated the sensitivity of thecircuit, dynamic experiments was validated on wireless transmission performance and antennaperformance. And processed obtained data, the results of deal with was more satisfactory.Finally, summarized the full text, summary of innovation and insufficient, and made theapplication prospects look in the future.Storage telemetry method of store data first and then wireless transmission, the method wasused to transmitter and collect the parameters of angle、angular velocity and acceleration in the ejection and scattering process. Experimental results show that the system was a verygood at completing the data storage and wireless transmission functions, anti-interferenceability, monitoring and control of test equipment timely, strong anti-jamming capability, highprecision and low error rate, in accordance with experimental requirements.
