| With the development of cold atomic interferometer at home and abroad, people pursuit the accuracy and stability of the measurement result more and more strictly. As the vibration influence is an important factor to the performance of the interferometer, the subject is set for improving the Raman pulse type cold atomic interferometer measurement precision. Aiming at the vibration isolation of the Raman mirror stand analysis and design, which is sensitive to the environmental perturbations, we tried demonstrating a type of active vibration method.The first chapter expatiate the background and significance of this dissertation. The development of the cold atoms interference measuring and the influence factors of its measurement precision were briefly introduced. Meanwhile, the essay introduced various domestic and international isolation technology development and its application conditions.The second chapter analyzed the vibration-isolation technology. By modeling the passive and active vibration isolation system, we realized the isolation parameters on the effect of the transfer function, and then analyzed the difference of active isolation and passive isolation. All of these help designing of interferometer isolation system.The third chapter made quantitative analysis of the atomic interference measuring experiment of all kinds of factors affecting the measurement precision by quantum optics related theory. The interference of Raman mirror vibration on the measurement accuracy was determined. The necessity of vibration isolation in the atomic interference measurement process was also explained.A dynamic vibration isolator modeling analysis was made in the fourth chapter. We designed a kind of atom interferometry measurement system for active vibration isolation scheme, using for the reference of existing precision experiments of vibration isolation experience. This paper analyzed and discussed the selection basis of the key components, and at the same time it gave mechanical structure design for the Raman reflection frame.In the fifth chapter, an attempt for the active vibration isolation of the Raman reflection frame was carried out with analog circuit scheme. It also gave the debugging process experiment data, and analyzed closed loop results at last. At the same time, this paper also introduced the early work of vibration isolation with digital circuit scheme.The last is a summarization and prospect. Through the experimental study of the practical experience of atomic interference measuring experiment, some of the vibration isolation follow-up work advice was given. |
