Because of the masonry structure’s advantages, such as the convenient materials, good heat preservation and insulation, less using of steel and cement, cheap, can be easy build and so on, it is a kind of old and enormous quantity of wide structure form, but with the development of social economic, more and more old buildings meet a question that the needs of the present production and life, so to retrofit the upgrade is valued, masonry structure of large space transformation is among the more important one. And in masonry structure reform of large space, underpinning technology play a crucial role, underpinning technology choice, is not only related to the safety of the structure, but also related to the transformation of the beautiful and the whole building after normal use directly. In addition, in the construction of other fields, underpinning technology also plays a very important role.Underpinning the most important technology design is the design of the underpinning beam. Due to the different engineering with different conditions, some in constructional column, some not constructional column, some masonry intensity level is high, some of the level is low, so how to design actual situation of underpinning beam become a problem to solve,"the calculation model of beam is the basis of design calculation, this article is for" beam calculation model to the experimental research.This article through to four groups of reinforced concrete beam static double specimen test, get all members of the specimens were specimens of strain curve, load-deflection curves and specimen cracking load and limit load, such as performance, study the underpinning structure in the vertical load stress characteristics and its failure mechanism, and also explore different influence factors on the structure bearing capacity and the role of the engineering characteristics. The test results is that, in the process of the specimens are damaged, upside has the capacity of the constructional column is far greater than no post, underpinning beam wing wall columns with the connection of the form will also affect the bearing capacity of the component. Therefore, how to further improve the wall body strength, and the reasonable reinforcement, make each component of specimen bearing capacity is better play to the need to continue research problems. The test finished, effectively fill the underpinning beam in the design of the test and theoretical research in the field of blank, and for its future application in engineering practice provide guidance.
