Building new socialist country is a major historic task of the Party in the "11thFive-Year" period plan. Country roads as one of the country infrastructure are im-portant foundation of country construction. According to the planning of the Trans-port Department, there are over 60,000 kilometers of rural roads to be built in Hunanprovince, but the lack of funds for highway construction seriously restrict the ruralhighway construction progress. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring the qualityof rural road construction, with minimal funds to build the best of rural roads is anurgent need to address the issue.In China country road construction is frequently used cement stabilized crushedstone (gravel) or the lime and fly ash crushed stone (gravel) as semi-rigid base, thereare several defects as high construction cost, easy to produce shrinkage cracks, thepoor performance affected deeply by soil as well as ecological environmental dam-age. To this, the development of a new environmental soil reinforcement materialinstead of traditional cement, lime strengthening materials, the use of local materials soilresouces to replace traditional basic manterial in sand, gavel and so on, in order toachieve reduce construction investment and environmental protection are extremelyimportant.This article is based on Hunan Province "Biological Enzyme Soil StabilizerRoads Key Technology Research and Demonstration" program, firstly researched themechanism of strength and stabilization of the soil, analyzed the factors affecting thestrength and curing agent of curing process and form; Second, through the laboratorytest of different types of materials for standard compaction test, CBR test and un-confined compressive strength test of the additive agent content of cement, degree ofcompaction, and health condition on influence of the stabilized soil strength andcandidate material strength whether meet the road with requirment, etc; UseABAQUS software to simulate dynamic characteristics of Bio-enzyme stabilized soilrespectively simulated confining pressure, the stress amplitude, loading frequencyand loading history on soil plastic deformation; Finally, based on a biological ex-periment sections in hunan laboratory test and field test analysis enzyme in countrythe applicability of highway construction, according to the first section fo road con-ditions corresponding subbase paving the construction technology, then the site in- spection of each scheme and indoor test for contrast and analysis, and concluded thatthe best plan. And so proved the feasibility of the biological enzyme stabilized tech-nology to the country road base.
