Dredging projects that streamflow and lake need generate large amounts of silt and shallow beaches to the presence of a large pool of mud, the distribution of a wide range of layer thickness is greater. the mud has the characteristic of the high moisture content ,the low strenth and big compression . Generally, the sludge will be processed and used for the project, with the obvious social and economic benefits. Cement curing agent as a curing materials at home and abroad, has been widely studied, curing agent can not only deal with the sludge, but also to other types of soft soil reinforcement. Currently, the stabilizers study is divided in to two major directions: development of a new type of solid or liquid stabilizers; Aother is adding other materials, such as gypsum, liquid cement additives, while cement is as a main ingredient. This article has analyzed the regularity of the mechanical characteristics mark of the cemented soil of high moisture content soil mechanics with named regular formula (only with cemented) and enhanced formula (with the same cemented, and 0.2% additive) through a large number of indoor tests, such as unconfined compression test, direct shear test, seepage test, compression test, which directed mud from shallow beaches in Cao feidian area Tangshan. The results show that the additives can significantly enhance the strength of cement soil. This article mostly studied the regularity and factors of strength, permeability coefficient, shear indicators, deformation coefficient with enhanced formula. Moreover, this article also tested a number of strength of cement-stabilized soil on different curing conditions. Through studying the results, the study will provide the reasonable suggestion as well as the matters need attention for the application of cemented soil in project in future.
