With the rapid development of urbanization, it springs up a largenumber of deep foundation pit because of increasing dependence onunderground space. Nearest neighbor construction (structures) is the mostimportant object in the pit surrounding environment monitoring, when thedeformation reached a certain level, it will affect the normal use, evencollapsed, threatening the safety of personnel and property. Thus, Carryingout the research on deformation mechanism of close neighbor construction(structures) in process of a city deep foundation construction, andmonitoring, predicting the deformation trend, providing early warningalarm when a large deformation, to take timely measures, make sure that theconstruction (structures) and staff security is of great significance.Paper based on nearest neighbor construction (structures) of a city deepfoundation pit, to carry out the deformation mechanism and monitoringrules, specific content is as follows:1) Nearest neighbor construction (structures) deformation of deepfoundation pit is the pit and ground settlement in the internal reflection ofthe building structure. Paper analyzed the deformation incentives of nearestneighbor construction (structures) from four aspects, such as pit bottom soiluplift, the envelope wall deformation, the envelope surface subsidence andfalling water tables, also analyzed three control targets of construction(structures) deformation and failure.2) The close neighbor of the construction (structures) deformation ofdeep excavation is a complex process, the development of deformationprocess and the size of the deformation associated with a variety of factors.Combined with a subway station excavation, discuss the deformationmonitoring programs of nearest neighbor construction (structures)deformation of deep foundation pit from monitoring principles, monitoringmethods, monitoring accuracy analysis , monitoring instruments and so on.Also introduce the other monitoring programs which is impact of buildingdeformation, such as envelope structure deformation, the horizontaldisplacement of pile top, supporting the axial force, and water table in detail, analyze the reason of construction (structure) building deformation,and protect the building security is important during the constructionperiod ,also provide a reference for similar projects.3)Since the impact of the deep pit close neighbors construction(structures) deformation factors is more complex, using time seriesforecasting method to deal with such problems has the superiority. It uses asingle factor to model and analyze, ignoring the causal relationship betweenvariables, bases on autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation ofmonitoring data to analyze, chooses MA, AR or ARMA model, and modelswere tested to determine the best predictive model .The paper through to the analysis of the deep pit close neighborsbuilding (structures) deformation law, combined with a subway station deeppit close neighbors construction (structures) monitoring data, using timeseries analysis to establish the prediction model, analyzing the futureshort-term settlement laws of building, it has important application valuein guiding the informational construction of deep foundation pit andprotecting the security of close neighbor of the construction (structures).
