Biomass fast pyrolysis is the technologies that can be convert the biomass energy into high-quality bio-oil. Based on the domestic spouted fluidized bed fast pyrolysis bio oil technology, we analyze and research screw feeder, fluidized bed reactor, condenser, cyclone and other equipment in the process, and then we built a Spout-fluid bed fast pyrolysis experiment.The structures and research of the equipment include the placed in the planning, build and debugging, heating system design, piping design, and the air distribution plate design.In order to design appropriate air distribution plate, the use of numerical simulation methods were analyzed particles in the fluidized bed fluidized state, the opening rate of the air distribution plate in the fluidized bed and bed characteristics of fluidization. Simulation results show that the pressure drop of the air distribution plate is reduced with the increase of open porosity by comparing four different opening rate of the analog value, draw the opening rate of0.6%of the air distribution plate to make the flow of bed fluidization best. Execute the cold experiments in the device structures, the pressure drop decreases with the increase of open porosity, which is consistent with the simulation results.
