High speed rotating device air-gap power transmission technology is comprehensive applications of power electronics, magnetic coupling and high frequency inverter technology. High speed rotating device air-gap power transmission technology improves the security, reliability and flexibility of power transmission. The technology has a very wide range of applications in many fields, such as space satellite, new energy, seabed resource exploration.The paper focuses on some key technologies of circuit topologies in the rotating air-gap power transmission system.First of all, the main operation principle, research status and development trends were introduced. Composition was analyzed about the rotating air-gap power transmission system. Design and application criteria of the power transmission system were discussed. The mutual inductance coupling link the equivalent circuit model is introduced.Secondly, based on the analysis of the system composition, the system magnetic and electric circuits were analyzed around with the purpose of improving the transmission efficiency and transmission power. The coupling frequency, structure and materials were chosen for the air-gap power coupling. The primary coil current was analyzed in order to find optimal practical coupling topology structure and improve the transmission efficiency.Thirdly, based on the analyses of the system magnetic and electric circuits, the system coupling structure was designed, and constraint conditions of the system coupling device was determined, and electromagnetic analysis was implemented for the coupling structure. Two-dimensional model of the structure was established by Autocad, and2D electromagnetic field was analyzed by the established model, and the coupling structure was improved by the results of the electromagnetic field analysis. Finally, by the above analysis, circuits including the rectifier circuit, drive circuit and the oscillating circuit were designed, and the single ended flyback coupling circuit was chosen for coupling device, and the key electronic switch components and clock chip were selected for the circuit. The coupling circuit was improved through work state analyses of the magnetized current of the circuit and combined with the simulation results.This subject introduced the air gap coupling power transmission technology into the rotation interface, and conducted a preliminary basic research which provided the foundation for future development of the technology and preliminary design experience.
