With the development of China’s high-speed railway, carrying capacity will increase, and the passenger market is gradually changing from the seller’s to the buyer’s market. So how to attract more passengers to choose high-speed railway and make more profit is very important to Passenger Transport Marketing on high-speed railway. The key of Passenger Transport Marketing on high-speed railway is to deeply analyze passenger behavior in different and various point. With that, we can know what kind of passenger transport products is really needed. We can offer different passenger transport products to passengers in different need. Through that, we can not only make passengers be satisfied, but also make more profit.The analysis of passenger travel behavior is a complicated process, and information is constantly changing and updated. Passenger travel behavior analysis is related to many aspect of railway transportation organization, such as, train plan, marketing strategy, ticket selling and so on. The characteristics of Passenger travel behavior can be showed by the property of railway ticket data, such as sale mode and sale time. So, we can know the law and characteristics of Passenger travel behavior by analyzing railway ticket data deeply and in multiple views.Based on railway ticket data of China high-speed railway, the thesis firstly analyze passenger travel behavior on three aspects, including passenger behavior of buying ticket, the relationship of travel time and departure time and passenger price sensitivity. Then the thesis design the method to analyze passenger travel behavior. By Microsoft Office Acess2007and Microsoft Visual Studio2008,with the example of the beijing-tianjin inter-city passenger rail line and the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, the thesis analyze the difference between the two line, and finally give some marketing advice on China’s high-speed railway.
