In recent years,electric vehicles have been developed greatly all over the world.As an important part of the electric vehicles, The bi-directional DC/DC converter always works under different conditions.and the safety and reliability of the Power system of the vehicles are determined by the steady state performance and dynamic performance of the converter directrly.Therefore,studying on a low-cost, high performance, stability, good bi-directional DC/DC converter has extremely vital significances.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance,development at home and abroad,the status of Soft-switching technology technology of the bi-directional DC/DC converter,and this paper to complete the main work:trial-produce a prototry in BUCK mode.The input voltage is310V,the output voltage is110V,single-phase output power is2.2KW of the protory.Secondly, this paper introduces the power circuit topology of the bi-directional DC/DC converter.Beyond that,the paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis about the topology.This paper introduces inductor magnetic coupling technology,which to achieve both good stability and the quick dynamic response, focuses on introducing the influence of Coupled inductor on bi-directional DC/DC converter.Thirdly.a prototype is designed from both hardware and software aspects of the bi-directional DC/DC converter.Hardware design include:the production of the auxiliary power, the production of the drive circuit, the production of AD sampling circuit; The auxiliary power supply achieves9outputs; drive circuit is achieved by PC929; The sampling circuit including voltage and current sampling.The realization of the voltage and current sampling circuit provides hardware support for the PID control.Software design includes:AD filter algorithm, the AD calibration algorithm, the PID algorithm, which the AD filter is a sliding average algorithm, the PI regulator is uesd in this article.Finally, Verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and prototype design of the topology through the simulation and physical test.
