Piezoelectric actuator is a kind of miniature precision driving device, has higherprecision, fast response, compact structure, high power than weight etc, and is widely used inthe treatment of optical fiber docking, biological medicine, precision manufacturing, medicaloperation, etc. Inertial piezoelectric actuator has simple structure and unique driving mode,but asymmetric sawtooth wave is often used for driving signal to make the driving circuitcomplex.This paper proposed the piezoelectric rotated actuator under magnetic effect whichdrived by symmetric incentive signal.There was no research about such kind of actuator athome and abroad.The studies in this paper provide a new idea for the progress of thepiezoelectric actuator. The main research contents are as follows:1. The research status and application of piezoelectric actuatorAnalyse the status of piezoelectric actuator both at home and abroad.Study the basicdriving characteristics for the typical direct drive, step type and inertia type piezoelectricactuators. Combined with the characteristics of inertia piezoelectric actuator, this paperproposes a kind of piezoelectric rotated actuator under magnetic effect in use of symmetricincentive signal to make the driving circuit easy.This kind of actuator has simple structureand take piezoelectric chips as a driver directionally drived by a gripping sent structure.Themagnetic effect can make the moving performance change.2. THe basic theory of piezoelectirc drive and the reseach of magnetic materialStudy the correlation performance of piezoelectric vibrator of piezoelectric rotatedactuator under magnetic effect, analyzes the piezoelectric ceramics and piezoelectric effect,piezoelectric vibrator’s composition structure and vibration mode, strut way of rectangularpiezoelectric vibrator to determine the type adopted in this paper PZT ceramics, choose LEvibration mode, the final piezoelectric vibrator chosed for experiment is cantileveredrectangular unimorph piezoelectric vibrator. At the same time analyse the magnetic materialsto choose Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets, and the force between the permanent magnets andmass block are derived.3. The research of actuating arm of piezoelectric rotated actuator under magnetic effectThis paper analyzes on the motion principle of actuating arm with clamping difference,and different simulation software is adopted in actuating arm simulation analysis to providethe basis for structure design and test analysis of actuating arm: according to the simulationof structual parameters of the actuating arm using ANSYS, and then using SIMULINK toanalyse the displacement response and inertia force of actuating arm driven by square waveand sine wave signal, finally the magnetic force of actuating arm between the mass blockand permanent magnets was researched in the use of ANSYS again and then through the equivalent force of the nonlinear magnetic force, motion analysis of actuating arm undermagnetic effect was obtained.For different gripper of actuating arm static and dynamic test was used to obtain thesuitable gripper distance in this paper and test that type actuating arm responsing to sine andsquare wave signal. Moving performance of single magnetic effect actuating arm are testedrespectively, through the change of excitation signal types, voltage, frequency and magneticeffect distance measure corresponding amplitude difference to study the inherent lawbetween them.4.The motion analysis and structure design of piezoelectric rotated actuator undermagnetic effectAnalyse the motion of piezoelectric rotated actuator without magnetic effect,piezoelectric rotating actutors with either unilateral or bilateral magnetic effect.Design thecore driven components such as asymmetric clamping structure and magnetic bracket,choose the suitable base and bearing. Two kinds of piezoelectric rotating actutors with eitherunilateral or bilateral magnetic effect are manufactured.5. The experimental research of piezoelectric rotated actuator under magnetic effectFor without magnetic, unilateral magnetic and bilateral magnetic effect, the wholesports performance test system of three kinds of piezoelectric actuators are established to testand study their motion performance responsing to sine and square wave incentives.Mainperformance parameters include average speed and average step distance, the influencefactors include driven signal voltage and frequency and signal types.Obtain the peak speedsof three kinds of piezoelectric actuators in their working frequency. Studying the changes ofaverage speed and average step distance for each kind of piezoelectric actuators whilefrequency or drive voltage varying.Finally,analyse the reason for the ascension of the drivespeed of piezoelectric rotated actuator under magnetic effect from starting current and power.
