The traditional piezoelectric learning as an important branch of crystal physics, it studiesthe interacted process of mechanical and electrical, the transition of the energy, it is formed arelatively complete theoretical system. The object for the analysis of vibrationcharacteristics are tri-layers piezoelectric laminates. The piezoelectric laminates have thesubstrate plate for steel in middle layer, the piezoelectric ceramics plate in up-down layer. Thepiezoelectric layers and the substrate are coupled together. The piezoelectric layers produce thepolarization, and produce the stress and strain with the substrate.
