The pollution of the environment and the oil crisis to the development ofthe car industry brought serious challenges, clean and effective environmentalprotection car became the focus of attention. A hybrid car with its energysaving, low emission the outstanding characteristic of the key for the object. So this article in view of the hybrid car sanitation one of the keytechnology of braking energy recovery control strategy, with a lot ofinformation access and theoretical analysis, and put forward a set of suitable forhybrid car brake force distribution of sanitation control strategy. The paper analyses the vehicle force condition and braking forcedistribution at the time of brake theoretically, and on that basis, commoncontrol strategies have analyzed. And established model of use the CRUISEsoftware, and tested validation of the braking model. By vehicle brakingtheory, braking force distribution performance of prototype sanitation vehiclehave been analyzed, on the condition of meeting the ECE braking regulationsand the braking stability conditions, and according to the prototype sanitationvehicle braking performance, we proposed a set of suitable regenerativebraking control strategy for hybrid sanitation vehicle. Ensuring the vehiclebraking stability, this strategy can recover the braking energy as much aspossible. This strategy can improve brake force distribution on the drive shaftespecially in the low and medium brake strength, and provide conditions forrecovering the braking energy more efficient. When brake strength is high, thebraking force in the front and rear shafts will distribute in accordance with theoptimal braking force distribution curve, which can ensure the braking stability. Then, build the braking control strategy model in the MATLAB-SIMULINKenvironment, and then the module is imported into the hybrid sanitation vehiclemodel, and simulate in the typical conditions of sanitation vehicle, the simulation results have been compared with the prototype sanitation vehicle, the results show that the braking force distribution control strategy is effective.
