| AS a slurry pumping equipment, the YB series hydraulic ceramic cylinderslip pump mainly be used to pump slurry or get a high slurry pressure, in thefield of metallurgy, ceramics and mine. Along with rapid development ofindustry, the high pressure large flow pump was demanded eagerly. So it hasimportant meaning to develop YB400ceramic cylinder slip pump, moreover, itwill be valuable for energy-saving, pollution reduction and environmentprotection. The YB-400series hydraulic ceramic cylinder slip pump wasresearched and designed in the paper, and the following works was made duringthe work:(1) The present and anticipation of pumping equipment and cylinder slippump were analyzed, and rose the important meaning to develop YB400ceramic cylinder slip pump.(2) The work condition adaptability of YB400ceramic cylinder slip pumpwas analyzed, the mechanical character of slurry and granule were researched,and the flow character of slurry was researched too.(3) The theoretical knowledge of the YB-400pump and simulation modelwere made.Based on the simulation model, confirming and adapting thedesignation, and researching the reliability of the pump.(4) Researched and designed the YB-400series hydraulic ceramic cylinderslip pump, based on settled theoretical knowledge, selected designation plan,researched structure, calculated and simulated the system. |
