Steel structure has many advantages.For example, light weight, high carrying capacity, high degree of industrialization, good seismic performance, environmental protection and energy saving, small footprint structure, the construction cycle is short and can be reused. Now widely used in industrial plants, high-rise and large span buildings.The portal frame is currently the most widely used for light steel structure.China steel construction in terms of design, production and installation of the portal frame structure technology has been maturing.Steel strength of the material is relatively high, component cross section is small, and often show a long, thin, soft, fine and other characteristics; component of stress is relatively large, the structure of the geometric deviation, the local stress and vibration sensitivity. The above factors on the strength, stability and connections of steel structures has a great iMPact. Therefore, the strengthening of steel construction quality control, has very important significance to the steel structure engineering to achieve the desired objectives.This article is based on the provisions of the Steel Construction Quality Acceptance "(GB50205-2001) for misalignment, the use of additional initial stress finite element analysis software on a single-layer single span and single pairs of cross-type frame processing and installation deviation and deformation analysis. First, through the analysis of the same portal frame is the same in the deviation of species, the deviation of different sizes, coMParative analysis to draw the error and error sensitivity of the portfolio size. Second, the analysis of the same portal frame in the deviation of the same size, different types of deviation coMPared to draw different kinds of error and error combination of structure and properties of size. Provide the basis for its quantitative analysis of the structural steelwork construction quality control and deviation handling.
