The frequent occurrence of strong earthquake in China in recent years has brought tremendous economic losses and casualties to the disaster area as well as the whole country. At the same time, a variety of secondary disasters triggered after the earthquake made post-disaster emergency rescue measures difficult to be timely carried out, which greatly affecting the efficiency of rescue work and saving lives of survivors. Therefore, the concept of "temporary shelter" in the construction field, aimed at improving the seismic performance of the usual building structure, has been proposed. After the building suffered a major earthquake, they can play the role of temporary refuge, settlement camps and rescue places. The spatial structure of the large span, which has the advantage of occupying a large space, is preferred among many structural system. By virtue of reasonable structure and unique architectural pattern, tubular arch truss in the spatial structure has huge potential for development. So conducting research on the seismic performance of steel arch truss, making it not be undermined in a strong earthquake and still be able to use as a post-disaster temporary shelters and rescue sites, is of great significance to minimize disaster losses and speed up the rescue workIn recent decades, with the rapid development of social productivity and the sharp consumption of traditional energy, energy crisis is extremely urgent problem we confronted. Traditional fossil energy will enter the depletion of age in the middle of this century, then oil, coal and other traditional resources are no longer suitable for the popular application. The energy crisis will sweep the world if the new energy system has not been established. In order to avoid the dilemma, the country put forward the development strategy of building energy efficiency plan, because the building energy efficiency is the greatest potential and most direct effective way compared with other energy conservation approaches, and it is one of the most effective measures to alleviate the energy shortage, solve the social and economic development and the energy supply. Based on the previous research results for the seismic performance of steel pipe arch truss Under the condition of strong earthquakes, the study on its performance on condition of300m span arch truss with double-tier structure, the mainly works was concluded as follows:Firstly, the hazards caused by the earthquake, the good relief performance played by temporary shelters in the earthquake and the significance of temporary shelter were summarized by examples.Secondly,300m span0.15rise-span ratio arch truss with three-tier architecture was designed by structural analysis software and the vibration characteristics of arch truss was obtained.Thirdly, by changing the structure of the local bar cross-section, the overall seismic performance was improved. A slight increase in the amount of steel make a substantial increase in the seismic performance and the corresponding law were summed up.Finally, The necessity for solar building was concluded and discussion on the development of the solar energy construction at home and abroad was made. Based on the structure studied in this paper, the theoretical valve of generated energy made bysolar power was calculated. The paper was concluded as follows(1) A slight increase in the amount of steel make a substantial increase in the overall stiffness of the the structure(2) By comparing the original structure and adjust the improved structure, changed cross-section make the improved one a substantial increase in the seismic performance.(3) Comparison of effect on the improved structure was made when encountered three types of seismic waves and the simulation results showed that the seismic performance of loma and artificial wave are better than ninghe wave.(4) According to the theoretical calculation by the the structure PV power generation, long-span steel arch truss construction has considerable energy-saving potential...
