Squeezed branch pile is widely used types of piles in recently years which has higher vertical bearing capacity, smaller vertical displacement, slightly more material consumption, better economic efficiency and the social efficiency compared with other common pile. The paper introduces the construction technology, equipment and molding process of the squeezed branch pile in detail. FLAC3D is designed for Geotechnical engineering mechanics and development can be completed by Lagrange analysis of explicit finite difference program, which provides a contact surface element, can simulate the pile soil contact surface analysis on the dislocation slip, separated and closed. And gain unbalance force,displacement, velocity, stress and strain results. Currently using FLAC3D software to study the squeezed branch disk pile bearing characteristic research is very less. In this paper, compare with the common pile, the author mainly analysis the compressive and uplift bearing capacity of squeezed branch pile by using of FLAC3D.First of all, the paper analysis the vertical pressure loading transfer mechanism of the squeezed branch piles according to the existing engineering data. Analysis results indicate:compared with ordinary pile, the squeezed branch piles have higher bearing capacity, smaller vertical settlement and smaller soil deformation. The number and location of the branch has a great influence on the compressive capacity of the pile.Secondly, by using the exciting engineering date, the author analysis the load transfers mechanism on the effect of vertical uplift load. Classification results show that:with the increase of the load, each bearing branch plays a role on the uplift capacity of the pile from top to bottom, and there is time effect between branches. Compared with the ordinary pile, Squeezed branch piles has higher uplift bearing capacity, and the deformation is small. Similarly the number and location of the branch has a great influence on the uplift capacity of the pileThird, Squeezed branch piles subjected to uplift or under compressive loading, sharing the uplift load comprises pile side friction resistance and end resistance supporting plate, and share the partial pressure is the side friction resistance of pile end resistance, support plate and pile end resistance.because of the tip resistance of pile,the deformation of pile undering the bearing loads is smaller than undering pulling loads.Finally the author proposes recommendations on the shortcomings of using FLAC3D software to simulate the squeezed branch and how to use the FLAC3D to calculate the bearing capacity of the squeezed branch on the horizontal loads.
