| Squeezed branch pile is a new type of pile that produced by the techno during practice , whose birth has brought new vigor for the pile foundation project ,and poured new power into its technology development .It is a set of technique developed on the basis of hole filling pile .Firstly, to drill a hole by using drilling rig ,then compact the soil layer in different depth from down to up according to it's properties ,so as forming an branched cavity hollow mold to enlarge the diameter of pile ,expand the contacting area and increase the bearing capacity redouble draw support from the tip resistance of branches. This pile has a better Society and economic efficiency.Because the late study and the complex bearing characteristics ,it also remains many questions in the process of theory research and practical application to be worth discussing .Therefore ,whose thoroughly research on it's working principle has important theory significance and project application value on civil engineering foundation.This article uses theory and numerical simulation analysis method to study the bearing characteristic and supporting capacity computation. The main content includes : First ,take a comprehensive system theoretical analysis on pile characteristic ,the rule of load transmission, the supporting capacity display character and the destruction forms; Nest, take a three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation by using large-scale analysis software ANSYS to the pile practical work condition on the basis of project examples, analyzed the bearing mechanism, the rule of load transmission and the varies of stress and bias field under the load; Besides, the analogue result is basically consistent with the actual material and theoretical analysis. Finally, it introduced the existing design regulations and supporting capacity formula, the proposed the new one based on the generalized analysis of its computational methods. The results have provided theory basis to the pile engineering design. |
