Permanent magnet synchronous motor has simple structure, well output and efficiently characteristics, it has being widely used in industrial control, transportation and aerospace fields. China was strongly advocated to develop energy-saving products during "1025" period. Make research in high efficiency and energy saving of permanent magnet synchronous motor, improve the power system operation power factor, reduce the energy consumption, which has good social and economic benefits. The permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control and weak magnetic speed become the important study issues of domestic and foreign relevant scholars in recent years.The main focus on work of this paper was in the following aspects:Set up mathematics model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate system based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor basic theory and direct torque control technology foundation, discussed the role of voltage vector on the electromagnetic torque and motor flux control function in direct torque control system, constructing the direct torque control system structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor, simulate the role of zero voltage vector in direct torque control system, join zero voltage vector, reduce the loss of inverter switch, reduced the torque ripple in a certain extent.Furthermore, the topic joined the weak magnetic control to achieve the above the speed constant power operation, the reference flux and reference torque must be controlled because of all speed operation, so the reference torque and magnetic flux controller was added in the topic.Based on the analysis of structure diagram of permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system and weak magnetic control theory, made simulation about the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque by MATLAB, verify the feasibility of the direct torque control applicate weak magnetic of permanent magnet synchronous motor, achieved good results of all speed control system.
