PMSM structure is more streamlined than the same power motor, and internal loss and fever cases PMSM greatly reduced due to the absence of metallic windings on PMSM rotor.These advantages make the PMSM has been widely applied in all aspects of Industry and agriculture. Currently, many researchers’study focus on two main aspects include the body and the control method of PMSM, and has made a number of important research results. In recent years, with the rapid development of dedicated motor control chips and power devices, especially the emergence and application of some intelligent control theory, PMSM has been gradually replaced by the asynchronous motors, became the most widely used and Low-carbon eco-friendly motors.Firstly, this paper introduced the study status of control Strategy of PMSM DTC quo at home and abroad, then the mathematical model of PMSM has been detailed deduced and got mathematical model of PMSM in different coordinate systems. Followed by introduces the basic principles of PMSM DTC system, mainly to explain the role of the voltage vector concept, the principle of selecting the voltage vectors and zero voltage vector, based on these theories are based in MATLAB/Simulink tools are built simulation model, and the simulation results are analyzed to verify the correctness and feasibility of direct torque control strategy, and zero voltage vector can reduce torque ripple effect.Secondly, the hardware circuit PMSM DTC system has been designed, including the main circuit design, drive circuit design, testing circuit design, protect the minimum system design and circuit design USB circuit controls the hardware circuit chip uses TI’s motor control chip DSP2812, driver chip used by the US international Rectifier’s IR2110, reduces the number of drive power use, the motor stator phase current detection circuit uses Lyme current sensor, the current sensor of high precision, low loss, and direct the output voltage signal, eliminating the need the sampling resistor. USB circuit design is the use of Cypress’s EZ-USB chip series CY68013A-56PIN, and gives specific interface circuitry.Finally PMSM DTC system software has been written, including PMSM DTC system drive control program, USB firmware and PC program based on Labview. Write control program which uses model-based design, using TI’s DSP design of some peripheral modules in simulink the algorithm model. Writing USB firmware mainly the realization of data input and output channels, the number of bytes transmitted and configured to use the clock. PC program written using NI Labview software company, uses a graphics-based programming languages, mainly on the read and write procedures USB data were analyzed. Finally, hardware, software, system debugging, with satisfactory results, which confirm each hardware design and software design correctness.
