The high-speed train provided great convenience for people’s travel, and it made people feel more comfortable on their journey that was the good environment inside the train. Because of the high speed of train, the wide travelling area, and the uncertainty of personnel quantity, led to the great change of the air conditioning load. Therefore it had a great potential of energy saving. It was mainly researched that was the optimization of parameters matched in air conditioning system under the particular condition of high-speed train with the method of computer simulation.At first, it was established thermal parameter model of the compressor, condenser, evaporator and refrigerants on refrigeration system of high-speed train under stable conditions through the necessary hypothesis and the simplification. Then the whole system simulation model was established, the algorithm was designed and simulation program was written after these models were connected reasonably according to refrigeration cycle system. It was validated that the simulation program could satisfy the engineering application requirements by the literature of the experimental data.And then, it was analyzed and calculated the high-speed train typical load. According to the simulation program, under the air supply of dew point, the refrigeration coefficient was calculated under different values of evaporator KF. And the great value of the variation of its percentage increase was obtained when the evaporator KF percentage increase value was namely the economic points of energy saving of evaporator. Then the corresponding economic points of energy saving were calculated under different volumes of air supply while the linear regression equations of the relations between the percentage increase of value of evaporation KF and volumes of air supply were given. And also the equations were modified based on the temperature of evaporation.At last, it was given the refrigerating capacity of the high-speed train through the test. It was concluded that the refrigerating capacity of the high-speed train did not satisfied the rated refrigerating capacity, And also it was put forward the improvement measures. And according to the optimization results, the evaporation temperature and refrigeration coefficient were analyzed under different attendance of high-speed train. It was given that the refrigeration system of high-speed train had the stronger adaptability after optimizing evaporator.In addition, the simulation program of the refrigeration system of high-speed train was developed based on Visual C++.
