In recent years, large span steel structure in our country has been developing rapidly. bringing in large span structure seismic research has become a focus of academic circles.especially virbration multi-point input structure response analysis has increasingly become the academic and engineer circles the center of attention. It provides the reasonable seismic multi input mode can be more close to the real situation of the seismic response of structure.Passenger space of Qingdao north railway-station has total construction area of40904m2,with three building layers,it’s the highest point is about55m.Through collecting a large number of documents.using MIDAS/Gen finite element analysis software as a platform for the Qingdao north railway-station.the main station huilding upper roof span pipe truss structure was consistent with the input and multi-point input seismic research. The main contents in this thesis are listed as follows:1、I have carried on the modelling through the MIDAS/Gen finite element software to Qingdao north railway-station; and have carried on some simplifications to this computation model;2、I have selected two earthquake wave records with the Qingdao north rail way-station same location, and maked certain proportional control to this earthquake wave’s acceleration time interval to satisfy the request of the earthquake resistance standard:3、I have carried on earthquake response analysis to the Qingdao north railway-station under the consistent input and the multi-spot input, to obtain the structure response similarities and differences under the different input pattern.analyzing the difference of large span structure to guarantee the structure safety is of great significance in the earthquake.
