An important component for the train is the bogie frame, whose fatigue strength plays a vital role in the process of train operation. With the new generation of a variety of special loads, the impact on fatigue effect of the bogie frames keeps changing, so the study of the fatigue strength in various failure conditions is imperative.With an access to all kinds of relevant information, I’ve obtained at home and abroad a full understanding of the main methods of dynamic simulation and major ways of the load spectrum for train operation. Under the guidance of theoretical knowledge, targeting high-speed car bogie and inspired by Qin-Shen Line and Jiao-ji track spectrum, we launch a dynamic simulation to acquire a variety of failure cases under the working conditions as well as the load spectrum in different ways of stiffness suspension, on which the study of fatigue assessment is based.Under the guidance of the various methods of fatigue damage at home and abroad, the framework is first to be executed for an finite element analysis to work out the gravity parameters, and then we import the result to the fatigue assessment software Nsoft to defined SN curve.
