With the high speed development of economy, there has being a larger number of railway tunnels, and their size becomes longer and longer. Some super long railway tunnels are convenient for transportation, but they also put forward higher request for fire protection and rescue in these tunnels. The study on the characteristics of temperature field during fire in rescue station in this paper provide evidence for disaster prevention design and evacuation in railway tunnels.On the base of the theory of dimensional analysis and similarity principle, experimental platform is set up and temperature in near fire of square fire source is obtained.According to research on the effect of longitudinal ventilation velocities to HRR, the expression about longitudinal ventilation velocities and HRR that is used to modify Kurioka temperature in near fire of square fire Source Formula is obtained by theoretical analysis and test data. After the predicted value of modified Kurioka temperature in near fire of square fire source formula, the predicted value of Kurioka temperature in near fire of square fire source formula and test data are contrasted and analyzed, conclusion are gained as following: temperature in near fire of square fire source of model test in which HRR is not under monitoring can be predicted. When the size of oil pan is smaller, the predicted value of ventilation velocities modify Kurioka formula is larger than that of Kurioka formula, so ventilation velocities modify Kurioka formula is more safety. When the size of oil pan is larger, the predicted value of ventilation velocities modify Kurioka formula and that of Kurioka formula are more closer。By the way of model test, the temperature field variation, temperature longitudinal distribution and temperature transverse distribution in rescue station with train stopping should be analyzed in detail on condition of longitudinal ventilation and no longitudinal ventilation, then temperature rising curve, application of temperature longitudinal distribution and temperature transverse distribution are concluded. At last the effect of ascensional ventilation and downward ventilation on fire temperature field is analyzed.Through the data fitting of the model test, the expression is given that is an approximate description of temperature longitudinal distribution of vault in in the downstream areas.
