With the project scale is more big, and the development and utilization of underground space, the environmental geotechnical engineering problems caused by deep foundation pit instability and deformation are more serious. Because the complexity and uncertainty of the geotechnical engineering itself, induced many environmental engineering problems and project accidents, that also caused the great loss and social influence. So discussed the environmental effect of deep foundation pit engineering is the important issue at present. In this thesis, taking the foundation pit engineering in the building of deyang people’s hospital in sichaun province as an example, research the nearing building deformation and internal force changing caused by deep excavation. Main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Through the earth pressure equivalent and building additional load simplified, analysis the force condition of pile-anchor retaining structure, using elastic foundation beam method to establish the pile-anchor retaining structure calculation model and derive the horizontal displacement curve of pile body. Using method for calculate the bending moment and determine the position and anchor cable force, and through the displacement control determine the finally supporting scheme.(2) Through the settlement calculation formula of the site that has building caused by foundation pit excavation, according to special case of the building in deyang people’s hospital foundation pit engineering, And superimposed calculate the uneven settlement of building foundation.Using SAP2000structure analysis software to research building deformation caused by uneven settlement of foundation and structure additional internal forces.(3) Using FLAC3D finite difference software to establish foundation pit excavation simulation model that considering the interaction of building-supporting structure-soil, and Simulate the displacement field changing and building deformation and internal force changing caused by excavation under the action of site building. The results show that the pile-anchor retaining structure can control the building deformation effectively and ensure the deformation in safety using scope, can not affect the normal use of buildings.(4) Through the contrast analysis of building frame structure results and numerical simulation results, it can be concluded that the deformation and additional internal force of building are close to each other in law and magnitude, which shows the feasibility of the simplified settlement calculation formula in the site that has building caused by foundation pit excavation and the estimation method of calculating the settlement of building foundation that in the outside corner of the foundation pit. Obtained the settlement and deformation coefficient d of buildings that in the outside corner of the foundation pit, which to offer a reference for similar construction.
