The coal is our country’s main energy in the future for a long period will not be changed, so our country will not stop to be mined, after the coal is mined, it will form a large number of subsidence area. If we don’t use the subsidence area, it will lead to a lot of land resources waste. Accompanied with the real estate industry growing in China, the construction land increased, but China also requested to ensure that 18 million mu of arable land red line can not be shaken, so it is meaningful to study the high-rise buildings built in the subsidence area. It is not profit for resist earthquake to build buildings in the subsidence area. This article take a subsidence area as an example, the seismic performance of buildings in this district were studied. In this paper, do the following major work:(1)Use element software ansys to build foundation-basic-the upper frame structure of the numerical model, analyzed each vibration mode and frequency under the surface curvature deformation.;(2)First, make research and analysis about the main components internal forces and deformation of the building(beams and columns) under the surface curvature deformation.then make the internal forces and deformation comparison and analysis with normal conditions. Provide a reference for the future related studies;(3)The article makes research about building protection measures under the surface curvature deformation., The main consideration of the comparative analysis of a building to change the basis of the thickness, the raft-based stiffness and foundation elastic modulus of the internal force of the main components of a building change;(4)Combination of engineering instances analysis, obtain the main components’ internal forces under the dual effect. In this way, this study can give recommendations some on the design of relevant buildings.
